What is required for the examination?

Health insurance card and valid personal identification card or passport

Medical record or general physician certificate attesting to the health status (order on time with your selected physician at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment) If you do not have a GP in Slovenia, you should obtain a health status certificate from a GP in your home country

Any new medical reports from specialists that you keep with you

Glasses/contact lenses if you use them along with the most recent ophthalmologist's report (if kept on your person)

Arrive to the exam on an EMPTY stomach, having fasted at least 6 to 8 hours (you may take regular medication), only ingest water or unsweetened tea. If arriving for a checkup between 12PM and 4PM, do not eat or drink sugary drinks for at least 6 hours.During your menstrual period, submitting a urine sample is not possible. Female patients are requested to reschedule their appointment in case of ongoing menstrual period.
Please arrive to your exam at the scheduled time. If unable to attend the examination for any reason whatsoever, please provide timely notice.
The examination will not be carried out if the subject is on sick leave on the day of exam. Please contact us for more information.
Payment is made on the day of the exam (cash or via credit card).
